3 PROFESSIONALLY MADE PERSONAL CONDUCT

When we seek fulfillment we cover a wide field, as mentioned in the previous post, personal fulfillment can be divided into different fields of our life: Professional
, sentimental, family and staff.

Today I give you 3 tips to feel done in the professional field:

# 1. Make sure you are actually doing what you love: When you dedicate yourself to a particular profession, it is thought that people are realizing it is what you like or at least does not dislike the type of activity you do. Unfortunately most of them are not quite sure where they want to reach in the professional field, or those who are, for some reason are stuck in a job that gives them joy, and rather turns into a boring, monotonous and do not dare to leave the apparent security that it represents in their lives.
It is therefore important that you reflect and decide what you are passionate about and would like to do in this area, an activity that will provide economic well-being and makes you feel happy.

# 2. Enjoy everything you do and give your 100%: If you do not love what you do, but your work is a bridge that will get you where you want to go, then is important to leave to experience your work week.
The day has 24 hours and we spend at least 8 hours in work, 2 to 3 hours in transportation to your workplace if you do not have the fortune to work near home, or better yet, at home. Maximum of 8 hours sleeping, and the rest of the time share at home. These figures vary depending on the individual, but in general spend more time on things related to our work, so it is important to enjoy everything you do so that you feel comfortable with your life.
Find ways to feel productive, motivated and happy in your profession, no matter how temporary, the attitude is an important factor when it comes to feel fulfilled.

# 3. Plan your professional accomplishments in the short, medium and long term Keep in mind that to scale new heights in the professional field is important to keep up. A person who follows with his knowledge of 10 years ago, is hardly competitive in the workplace, and knowledge become obsolete in a way that leaves to contribute something to the company.
Stay focused on what you want to get a professional plan and outlines the short, medium and long term. Identify those skills you want to tweak, other areas where you can develop and upgrade every day looking for technology, issues and questions that help you be a competitive professional, able to contribute something new every day.
